Amazing board for the price. Beats out most Asus boards I've worked with.
Pros: Backwards compatibility (PCI slots, IDE) many usb ports most 3.0. pcieX16 ports. Good amount of usb and sata internal. mini mSata. Debug led.
Cons: backwards compatibility (if you want to use nothing but newer parts, it can get in the way)
There is just so much to this board that make it great. Such as:

Amazingly simple and fluent BIOS. Easy to access anything you need without going through multiple menus.

ATX form factor, fits in most cases.
Extremely well built, and easy to use. supports SLI up to 3 separate GPU's given your case has the expansion slots to hold it.
