Pros: Backwards compatibility (PCI slots, IDE) many usb ports most 3.0. pcieX16 ports. Good amount of usb and sata internal. mini mSata. Debug led.
Cons: backwards compatibility (if you want to use nothing but newer parts, it can get in the way)
mSata (for a mini wifi card)
DeBug LED so that you don't need a speaker to see what your bios is doing on boot.
Amazingly simple and fluent BIOS. Easy to access anything you need without going through multiple menus.
Comprehensive and simple instruction manual in multiple languages.
Multiple SATA ports, 4xSATA 2, and 4xSATA 3.
ATX form factor, fits in most cases.
Extremely well built, and easy to use. supports SLI up to 3 separate GPU's given your case has the expansion slots to hold it.
The only cons i can think of are the backwards compatibility PCI slots. they can get in the way.
