Great mobo for the price, nice expansion capability.

I've had this Motherboard for a few months now, im running it with a 760K and it runs perfectly fine. for an matx board i love the fact that it has 4 ram slots, and 2 PCI-E slots. My only issue is that said one of those PCI-E slots is actually x4 even though it is a x16 connection, i wouldn't run crossfire on this anyway, but it would be nice if we had the option. Another plus is the 8 SATA 6gb/s connectors.

the FM2+ socket will allow upgrade paths for the FM2+ platform in the later future, i know that AMD is coming out with some new FM2+ processors soon so i will be ready for that. I also like how this socket doesnt force you to use APU's, for example my 760K is an FM2 and is not an apu, and fits perfectly on this board.

A plus, especially on all Asus boards, is their UEFI BIOS. Its really easy to go through and update. One thing i did read about, is if you wanted to use Kaveri APU's you would need a BIOS update, but that isn't really a problem.

In conclusion. the reason why i gave this board 4 1/2 stars was because of the lack of : USB 3.0 ports (only 2 on I.O)(2 mid board), only one PCI- E 2.0/3.0 x16 ( the other is a Pci-E x16 (@x4), and the lack of surround sound audio ( although expected from this type of board so it isn't much of a surprise)

Overall great board for the money.

ProsCons
4 ram slots, 2 PCI-E slots, FM2+ socket (nice upgrade-ability) , Asus 5x protection, built in (hdmi, dvi, and vga), MEMOK. the second PCI-E is x16 but runs at x4 so it defeats the purpose of crossfire, no surround sound (expected by a board of this price though)
