Pros: Accesable to upgrade/change hardware. Stays cool by itself, though running Fans to keep it even cooler.
Cons: Some issues with Win7 as it was made to go only as far as Vista 64bit.
AMD FX 62 64bit processor went in like a glove worn over the years, just a perfect fit!!!!!
Started with dual NVidia 9500 Gt snapped right in place and so that was done.
Corsair Ram 4 sticks 1 gig each not even a Hiccup from these.
after a little time a Pop was heard and I found one of my 9500 blown a mini capacitor so I was doing an RMA when 2nd went out and son did research and found this to be common so NVidia sent out 2 new 9800 GTS OMG nice cards but I needed more so I went and bought 2 new GTX460 SE v2 the 1 gig each (not the 768's) and let the games begin I also gave my kids have these 9800's as they are more console and Fairy Land type gamers and I am an FPS/SIMULATION gamer.
It is now 2+ years and I am looking at the AMD Phenom ll 980 Black edition socket AM3+ as I have seen thanks to you guys, that this board has many Treats and will handle this.
I might be changing from onboard soundmax audio to the X-fi but there is a tight fight so not sure will let you know later:thumb:
