First off I would like to say this is a great monitor. I paid $145 usd and got my $10 MIR. This monitor has been great for playing what games I do play, (bf3, C&C 4, SupCom 2, Mafia, DS 1&2) the 2ms response time is great and overall picture quality is great. Side note do not crank up the LED back light on a fps with taclights or flashbangs it will blind you.

As fir the stand being small, when under intense gaming ( 64 man conquest on metro ) if i hit my table roughly i get a odd ripple effect to the left of the ASUS sign on bottom of monitor

Over all I would recommend this monitor to anyone who is looking for a budget 24" monitor.
