Asus Xonar DS Audio Card
The ASUS Xonar DS is a PCI sound card with a 107 dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), which provides audio that is 10 times cleaner than onboard audio. With the support of DTS Connect and GX2.5, the Xonar DS provides rich audio effects in games and theater quality audio in movies. DTS Connect consists of two technologies: DTS Neo:PC and DTS Interactive. DTS Neo:PC converts any stereo signal into 7.1 channels so users can get the most out of their multi-channel speaker setup. DTS Interactive converts audio into sensational 7.1 DTS Digital Surround via the S/PDIF output and streams to an AV receiver for the best surround sound available. ASUS designed GX2.5 to simulate EAX game effects and makes them available on Windows Vista/7 PCs. GX2.5 will automatically emulate the latest EAX technologies without additional software. Audio Chipset: ASUS AV200 Sample Rate: 192KHz Digital Audio: 24-bit SNR: Up to 107dB Hardware Decode: DTS Line In: Yes Line Out: Front/Side/Center-Subwoofer/Back SPDIF Out: Yes
