By request, here's my review of the Canon 85mm f/1.8 USM lens (Thanks Jason!). The Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 is a nice piece of glass. Being an EF lens, it is compatible with all EOS cameras regardless of sensor size, which is a definite plus compared to EF-S lenses which are for crop (APS-C) bodies only, like the Canon 10D/20D/30D/40D/50D/60D/7D and Rebel/ xxxD series.
