“The Noiseblocker NB-BlackSilentFan XLP is an excellent fan. It is a very high quality, standard 120mm fan. The XLP is one of the quietest fans I have ever tested. It quiet up until 70-80% speed. This makes it great for HTPCs where silence is a must. The seven blades are in a traditional design, and very sturdy. The attached cable uses excellent quality sleeving. I think these fans would do...” --WilliamGayde
“The final NF-S12A fan, the ULN model, is the quietest of them all as ULN stands for "Ultra Low Noise". Unsurprisingly, it moves the least amount of air amongst its siblings. The efficiency though, is outstanding. There isn't much I haven't mentioned in my previous S12A reviews other than the fact that for all intents and purposes, this fan is utterly silent. I don't see the point in including...” --Cyclops
“At last, NF-S12A. This is the PWM version which would, theoretically, make it the most flexible option amongst it's family, provided you have a compatible motherboard. As you can see from the testing results, they perform quite well, but NF-P12s still beat them in terms of efficiency. These fans move a ton of air, but due to the extreme angle of the blades, it's best to use them where there is...” --Cyclops
“The NB-eLoop B12 is definitely the highest quality fan I have ever seen. It looks to good to be allowed. The specs listed on the box When testing this fan I was surprised at how quiet it was. The fan is silent up until 80% power. Here is what comes in the box. You can see the fan itself, the biggest bag of accessories I have ever seen for a fan, and two 3 pin cables. Noiseblocker went with...” --WilliamGayde

Enter Junpus, a new comer on the western thermal scene, JunPus where actually established in 1978 as a clothing manufacturer but in 2003 set their main focus on the...” --pwnography6

“Got my 3570k to 4.5 Ghz with 1.2 V. It only peaks at high 60^oC on Prime95. Get it if you want something the actually works. Easy to install too, the idiots that don't know how to install it can't read the manual and have no logic.” --RainbowPee
