I purchased this printer about 6 mos ago for a ridiculously low price, $175, (demo at Office Depot). Got it home, and had issues initially. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi set up on my home network, (the internal wifi was not functioning). Called Lexmark, and they got a new one to my house in 3 days time. New one has worked flawlessly.
