Cooler Master Elite 430 Review
Pros: Good size, mATX and ATX, side window, good airflow, has plenty of space for HDDS, tool free install for some parts, water cooling holes are nice touch
Cons: zero cable management, you don't get enough tooless brackets
The Cooler Master 430 Elite case is just short of perfect. The case has great airflow for a $50 case, and has a total of 6 12cm fan holes to get your cooling on, including a dual 12cm mount on the top of the case, perfect for installing an H100. It has plenty of 3.5" bays (5), 3 5.25" bays, and two 3.5" bays. You get some tooless hard drive and 5.25' drive brackets, but for the rest you'll have to use screws, which stinks a little. The case has 7 expansion slots on the back, and even has water cooling holes built into the case, although they seem a bit small, but I wouldn't know. It also has a nice sized side panel to show off the insides of your rig.The only downside i could think of was the cable management. It has absolutely no cable management, which is a shame because it would have made this a great case. So overall, this is a great case, but if you get one, I would consider your options for cable management first.
