Awesome Case!

Pros: Massive airflow, excellent cable management, solidly built, inexpensive

Cons: difficult to clean, could be loud if you are sensitive to sound.

This was the first component I purchased for my first custom PC. Very satisfied! CONSTRUCTION Although the construction materials contain the term 'plastic', it is a very solidly constructed and very durable case. It is a perfect blend of structurally solid steel and aesthetic plastic forming a very sweet looking mid-tower case. The top is created so you can easily move it around with steel handles hidden by the plastic cover. Nice large and adjustable footings allow for a very stable and secure bed. COOLING The Storm Sniper came stock with 1x 200mm top exhaust fan, 1x 200mm front intake fan, 1x. 200mm side intake fan, and 1x 120mm rear exhaust fan. Plenty of room for additional...

Mega mid tower

Posted

Pros: great airflow, massive amount of space, handles, good connectivity, good looks

Cons: plastic, the mesh is held in by bent metal tabs

I have had this case for nearly a year, and it has been my baby. It was cheap, looked good but not too ricey, and accommodated everything I wished to do with it. It is by no means a typical mid tower, it is quite a lot bigger than some full towers so be prepared! the airflow is excellent, although cleaning can be a hassle if you have a pet . overall it is an amazing bang for buck, especially for first timers, its easy to move due to built in handles, and its durable even though it does have liberal amounts of plastic.

CM Storm Sniper Black Edition

Pros: Excellent airflow, fan controller, full black chassis, on/off led switch, dust filters

Cons: Too many front panel connections, relatively loud when fans ramped up, no PSU dust filter, hard to clean

The Storm Sniper is an excellent case for those looking for maximum air cooling. It comes with a 6 channel fan controller and a LED on/off switch, as well as 3 x 200mm fans and a 120mm exhaust fan. There are vents for a bottom mounted PSU (however no filter), and the case can support even the longest of graphics cards with room to spare. It has a great black powder coat finish that looks very nice, and Cooler Master has done a great job ensuring the plastic and metal components are the same colour. This brings us to one of the short comings of the case, the amount of plastic. The front bezel, top vents and bottom vents are all plastic, which are some what difficult to work with when...
