The Cooler Master Storm Enforcer is a great case for the money it has a built in USB 3.0 header with 2 USB 3.0 ports on the front.
The side window is perfect from my point of view as it shows off the main components and not the drive bays as well.
The removable HDD drive cage turns the case from having 270mm of space with the cage to 390mm of space making it perfect for longer cards.
The case has 4 5.25" Drive Bays which you can convert one to a 3.5" bay.
1 Exposed 3.5" Drive Bays and 6 Hidden.
4 Hidden 2.5? Drive Bays (Two converted from 3.5" bay)
Where the Power supply mounts is a filter and 4 rubber pads.
The cable management is great there are just enough space for your cables to be tucked away neatly and the placement of the holes are just perfect for my needs.
The case comes with 1 200mm red led fan at the front and 1 120mm fan at the back. There is a place on the top of the case for ether a 200mm fan or two 120mm fans. You can change the front fan to two 120mm fans also.
There is also a security bracket with this case so you can take it to lans and lock your peripherals to your case.
The overall cases outer appearance might not be for everyone but overall the case is a great case and I recommend it to anyone who is looking into this case.

Size and Features
Dust filters aren't that great and it only comes with 1 200mm fan.
I bought this case for my first rig, and therefore didn't make the best choice. There is no way to use the front USB 3 plugs if there isn't a header on your motherboard. If I was buying again, I would buy something with a side fan mount to keep my two reference GTX 460 SEs cooler (the heat is limiting my overclock). The case can be customized to meet a wide range of setups, as there are lots of spare and/or changable parts included. There are instructions on how to remove drive cages, rotate them, relocate them, how to take the front door off, etc. There could be more cable routing holes, but the ones that are there serve their purpose well. There could be more room behind the motherboard tray, though, as the wad of cables I have at the bottom make it a pain to remove that side of the case, and even harder to put back on. Also, there are only two included thumb screws, which are used for the windowed side of the case. Minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience all the same. All in all a good case, but I would most likely go with a HAF series case if I was buying again.
Pros
Cons
Included dust filters, bottom mounted PSU, customizability, front USB 3, cooler bracket hole, tool-less drive bays
Not enough included fans, airflow isn't the best, no side fan mount, not enough room for cables behind the motherboard tray
i purchase it after doing some research and all reviews where favorable , all i needed in a budget case i found it in the storm enforcer , lots of space for a large video card, side window, good overall look, cable management holes . i think ill keeping this case for a long time. it looks awesome!!!

Cons
side window, cable management, lots of space, black interior, usb 3 headers. good price
I trust all of my hardware in this thing. It's like a giant durable friggin brick. It's been bumped around a few times (okay more than a few) and never once has anything been damaged inside or outside. If it can handle me owning it, one of the clumsiest people to even be into computers, then it can handle anything. (Almost.) I'm not too careful of a person and I transport my computer around a LOT. (Lan parties, moving between my house and my parents house on holidays, etc.) and it lasts through bumpy rides being either in the backseat or the trunk. Never had any issues with it. Also, it looks totally bad ass. Can't forget that. Over all, this is the best case I've had so far. I do plan on upgrading soon, but my dad is stoked to be getting it passed down to him (although he probably won't be too thrilled about the girly colors I have painted it.)

It's a beast. Very durable, looks great, can hold a lot, plenty of room for organized cable management, huge fans
Window could be bigger,
