Pros: 1.5v means less heat and more room to OC

Cons: A little pricey compared to 1.65v units

I got these specifically because it was the highest clocked 1.5v quad channel kit available that would fit under an NH-D14. Thanks to the removable top fins (red), these fit under my massive air cooler with plenty of clearance to spare. If you've got an x79 setup and plan to go with a large tower cooler this is the RAM you want. I've had no heat management issues whatsoever without the top fins even though 3 of the 4 sticks are physically under the heatsink (and thus get less airflow than they would normally). I attribute these excellent thermal characteristics mainly to the relatively low voltage, and I'm perfectly happy with the stock 2133mhz clock speed.

Pros: Low voltage

Cons: Value, performance compared to G.Skill

This kit is the fastest 1.5v RAM Corsair currently offer, tested for 2133MHz 9-11-9-27 2T @ a modest 1.5v.
They can be ran at 1.65v which should allow some nice overclocking while remaining within Intel's voltage spec.

Available in 2x4GB and 4x4GB, I am running 2 sticks of these from a 4x4GB pack on a P8Z77-V Deluxe BIOS version 1015.
I was originally having trouble getting these stable at tested speed and voltage even with XMP until I went in to Digi+ and changed:
DRAM Power Phase Control from Optimized to Extreme.
DRAM Power Thermal Control from 110 to 120.

Tweaktown managed 2133 9-10-9-26 1T @ 1.65v and although I disappointingly could not get tRAS down to 26 I managed to achieve an even better result:

2400 10-12-11-29 1T @ 1.63v

The 2400 result was surprising as they reached overclock speeds quicker than the tested speed of the much more expensive CMGTX8.
2600 was not possible for me even with very high timings.

Although not as good value and not as much headroom as the TridentX they do have DHX Pro support and atleast have some headroom over their tested speed.

Being fast 1.5v RAM these are worthy of consideration but you might rather the TridentX unless of course you are buying these for the DHX.
