Pros: 1.5v means less heat and more room to OC

Cons: A little pricey compared to 1.65v units

I got these specifically because it was the highest clocked 1.5v quad channel kit available that would fit under an NH-D14. Thanks to the removable top fins (red), these fit under my massive air cooler with plenty of clearance to spare. If you've got an x79 setup and plan to go with a large tower cooler this is the RAM you want. I've had no heat management issues whatsoever without the top fins even though 3 of the 4 sticks are physically under the heatsink (and thus get less airflow than they would normally). I attribute these excellent thermal characteristics mainly to the relatively low voltage, and I'm perfectly happy with the stock 2133mhz clock speed.

yea they are quite pricey indeed , in Denmark they cost about 3 times as much as my Kingston HyperX Genesis 4x4 2400Mhz kit. , why i don't know, the kingston are 1.65v ones tho , but i might actually sell them and go back to 4x4 2133mhz since the Rampage IV motherboard has some issues supporting my memory running 2400Mhz.
Nice ram indeed. Do you know what ram ics is under the heat spreaders? Thanks

@ Kazed, sounds to me like either a ram voltage issue or your cpu's imc. Some cpus cannot handle high Mhz ram like others can.
Yea the thought crossed my mind, so im switching out to the low voltaged 2133mhz , since thats what these are running right now
This is great RAM. It runs at 2133Mhz no problem with my 2600K and runs really cool. The price is high though. I payed 200 for mine here in the states which isn't horrible. Also looks really cool.
