Great power supply though not full modular

Pros: absolutely silent till high load (even then most case fans are louder)

Cons: Not fully modular

This power supply has been wonderful for me for the time that i've owned it. I run an overclocked i5-3570k and an overclocked 680 and I have never heard the fan speed up (I run all very quiet case fans too). Though my max power usage is around 450W I was able to use all the non modular cables and the were all appropriate lengths. The psu also came with a wide variety of cables to hook up anything i might need to plug in. I have seen reviewers say that this psu is loud...I believe that those who posted such reviews may have been using less than fully functional units. (Max wattage i have reached was with 2 7970's borrowed from a friend which reached a total system usage of around 700W...
