This case is big, very big for a mid tower. It has a great, durable paint job that is exterior and interior. Sleek outside sets it apart from most cases. Built in dust filters are easy to take out and clean. Tooless designs. WC ready with its ability to mount a 240mm radiator up top, and 200mm radiator down front. Nice 3.5 drive bays that are removable and have built in silencers. The wire grommets are the best there is.
This case is a pleasure to work in. I can tear down my rig and rebuild it for fun. Which is kind of a con, because you will tinker with your rig a lot. Not that it will be needed, just that it can always use improvement. Check out my build here
The fans that came with my case(although the newer cases come with better fans) were horrid. Very low airflow, and the 200mm fans were louder than I liked. The fan controller is the real big drawback. Only changes fan speed at 3/4 of the way turned up, and still can barely notice a difference at full speed.
Would buy a second if I needed another case
Pros
Cons
Big, sleek, black painted interior, very clean case, good cooling options, WC ready, a pleasure to build in
Big, built in fan controller has small range, stock fans are quiet but very weak
This is an amazing, amazing case. I had enough room in the case to place two radiators (one double rad, one single rad), two GTX 580s, a full watercooling system, a 1200w power supply and I still have a little more room left. If you don't want something as tall as a full tower but need a little more space than a mid, this is the case to get. Guaranteed.
Pros
Cons
This case is borderline full tower size. You'll have enough space to do most things.
Wish I had even more space. But maybe I'm just looney like that. lol
What can be said that hasn't been already? The Graphite 600T is another mid-tower that is much larger than your average midtower case but smaller than a full. Great paintjob with a very subtle rough look and enough room to jam almost anything inside of it and a great attention grabbing design. You can tear down and build it back up with ease, I know I've done so many times if only just to see how I can improve my wire management this time.
Has a tool-less design, dust filters for the front intake and bottom PSU. The fans are large and spin at 1000rpm with an extremely responsive fan controller that can manage up to 4 fans. This is truly one of the best cases you can buy for the money but it's not perfect.
The USB 3.0 implementation is great appreciated, but I think an actual header for the motherboard would be better instead of routing it outside of the case. And if you plan on using that PCI slot for a motherboard you could end up sacrificing it for a sound card or something similar if you don't want it under your video card.
And while the fans are big and move a lot of air, your parts may run hotter unless you have the newer version with the side panel cage to mount additional fans. For those of us like me, hope you have some large zip ties and spare 120mm fans handy because the only way to fix it is to mount some extra 120mm fans to the hard-drive cage.
If you can get past the airflow, which in my honest opinion is this cases biggest (As I like to keep my parts cool.) flaw than I would say go for it.
Pros
Cons
Large room for cable management, stylish yet functional, 200mm fans, USB 3.0, lots of harddrive cages, larger than a midtower but smaller than a full
Airflow isn't that great, USB 3.0 implementation isn't the best
Review
The Corsair 600T is a computer enthusiast Mid-tower case. This is the ONLY corsair case on their Graphite series although it comes in different flavors-- plain, mesh and window.. It comes in three colors as well-- White, Silver, and Black.
if you're looking for mid-tower case - solid, elegant, efficient, lots of USB connectivity on the front/top, a built-in controller, then look no further. The Corsair 600T is one of the best looking cases in the market today. The features are hefty and this case supports ATX boards (and smaller ones) despite of it's size. The bare case costs around $170 for the basic non-window and non-mesh panel, a bit pricey for a mid-tower but for that premium corsair quality, I strongly believe it's definitely worth it.
Very good review, seriously considering buying one now
