Well, my overall thoughts about this power supply is pretty good, it gets the job done very nicley, but there are some drawbacks with this monster. I upgraded from an AX850, so I will draw some parallels between them. Lest list the Positive and negative things about it. Positive: * 1200Watt, i won't need to upgrade in a long time. * 7 year guaranty. * 80+ Gold. * the 80+ Gold makes it very silent due to more efficient/cooler AC-DC conversion. * 100% modular. Cables come in a nice storage pouch so there is no chance of loosing them. -Cables are all sleeved or ribbons for ease on your eyes and airflow. -Fully Modular, super easy if you want to sleeve -Fan only spins up when needed. -One of the best ripples on the market right now. - Falls just a hair short of Platinum rating Negatives: Cost, runs about $30-50 more than a comparable PSU. - Only 6 PCIE connections.
