Pros: Looks great

Cons: Lots of bloat wear and randomly disapears

I put this in and it worked great. Then suddenly it stoped working. I tried updating the software and many other things, but it just never came back to me. I did get some after market drives to work, but even they got blown away some times so I gave up. I think I might try it one more time and if it doesn't work then it's going on ebay.

My card's been acting up too. Randomly, there would be no sound but would be working yesterday. So far the occurrence rate is low as it only happened twice so far. I'm thinking about RMAing it. Not sure if driver or hardware problem. Shouldn't be drivers though as it was working flawlessly before.
Happens to my card also. I just abandoned it. Could not get it to work consistently.
Definitely a driver problem. I've had mine cut out before too, but if it cuts out on the gaming mode, audio creation and entertainment modes will still provide sound. Switching back to gaming mode doesn't fix it either, nor does restarting the system. The only way I've found to fix the problem is to reinstall the drivers. It's only happened to me twice so far in the year or so that I've owned it, and its performs well when it's working properly. I have found that the beta drivers work better.
