Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio Sound Card

Description:
Creative has been around for a long time, and it shows. Working at twice the sampling rate of a CD player, this 96KHz PCI board puts out clean 24 bit sound. How clean? The signal to noise ratio is >108dB. I don't have my calculator handy, but that's a lot more than a million to one ratio. Clean. Sure, it's got a Line In jack and a microphone jack, but the 7.1 channels output let you surround yourself with the sound, while X-Fi technology helps make it some of the crispest clearest sound you've ever surrounded yourself with. Or put on a pair of headphones and get projected into the sound. Gamer or audiophile, you really ought to look into this. Go ahead. We'll wait right here while you decide for yourself. Sample Rate: 96KHz Digital Audio: 24-bit SNR: >108dB (20kHz Low-pass filter, A-Weighted) Line In: Yes Line Out: Yes MIC In: Yes CD/Aux In: Auxiliary Line level Input (via 4-pin Molex connector) Other Ports: Digital Out* / Digital I/O** * Digital Out supports stereo SPDIF out and pass through of multichannel DVD sound ** Digital I/O requires Sound Blaster Digital I/O Module (sold separately)
