Pros: Cheap, quick.
Cons: Lack of mounting hardware in the box.
Programs launch lightning fast and windows 7 boots up in around 15secs. Mind you the drive is almost full of games with only 40GB free. I did not clone my old drive and copy it on to this, I wanted a fresh start so I can't comment on the cloning software that crucial provides (online).
Onto the only con I can think about with this drive and that is the lack of mounting hardware provided. No screws or even a spacer (for laptops) were provided but again at this price point I can understand why, it isn't a huge deal as everyone has screws laying around but would be a welcomed addition for the complete newbie.
Overall it is a very solid drive and for the past 6 months been very reliable with no slowdowns or any problems. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to get into the SSD master race without sacrificing any of the core values of an SSD (fast reads and writes) this is the one to get.
