Great little mini amp to drive bookshelfs

review by pioneerisloud

Bought one of these, and some Dayton B652 bookshelfs. I honestly couldn't be more impressed. My first one came in with a bad pot, which a simple RMA with Parts Express fixed that right up in a few days. This little tiny mini amp has driven B652 bookshelfs, 2 pairs of Pioneer 12" towers, some Jensen towers, and some Sony towers. It has yet to even have so much as a hiccup to power anything. One of my most favorite pieces of audio equipment I own to date.

It doesn't have a subwoofer output, or a digital input, which are both bad things. However, that just means you need a sound card, and a subwoofer that has line level inputs.

For the price, it cannot be beaten.

ProsCons
Decent power, small footprint, headphones ampSome have a bad potentiometer, so you need to RMA if that's yours
