Great cards in SLI VERY BIG

Pros: Scale well in SLI, at least 14 power phases on a extra wide circuit board, OC very well Great big card that only uses 2 pci slots not 2.5 or 3

Cons: 2x8pin Connectors on each card.Hard to keep top card cool in SLI even with a whole PCI slot between the cards Heat is pushed out torwrds side panel

I Have a HAF 922 case with every fan slot filled plus a extra 120mm fan on top of the front 200mm intake wedges between the top optical drive and the HDD cage. On the cons I wrote it was hard to keep the top card cool. You see the heat gets expelled from the side of the cards towards the side panel twin over under 120mm Cougar Vortex fans I had set on intake. Well the heat being blown outwards from the motherboard towards the side panel fans was fighting the air coming in from the side panel fans creating a dead spot and making the top card throttle in the 90C area..the lower card ran cool because it does not get hit with the side panel intake air half as much as the top card, even...
