Most amazing reservoir I have ever seen

Posted

Pros: Amazing looking, can be custom made to order, CCFL not too bright

Cons: WC loops need maintenance, not cheap

Base Cracked after 6 Months

Posted

Pros: Looks Cool

Cons: Terrible Customer Service

Purchased the FrozenQ 250mm Liquid Fusion V Series Reservoir in July, 2011. Around mid- December, 2011, we noticed the base was leaking from hair-line cracks. We only use pure H20 in our system. Contacted Frozen Q and sent them pictures of the cracks, and asked for a replacement part. They agreed but never sent it. I followed up with multiple e-mails, all were ignored. Finally gave up and replaced with a different system. I would never do business with this company again.
