Made an unpacking video also:
At first its the packaging... it really costs the same or more as the mousepad itself. Hard cardbox, with velour foams inside, a satin reclaimer tape... awesome. Then you have on the desk, and it is impressive, how easy the mouse glides. I have an MS-3, and it is WAY better on any side of this mousepad, than it was on my old steelseries qck. Even if i treated the QCK with silicone spray, it wasnt this good.
I dont really feel yet the difference between the speed and control surfaces, because the whole easy glideing needs some time to get used to it in games. I probably will have to reduce sensitivity, becase i often pull it over the target now in BF4.
And it is not loud, or cold. The control surface isnt that loud too, and speed is very good. I tought that the comfort for my hand will not be as good after a textil mouse pad, but there is no problem with that.
All in all, i can recommend it. Of course its a bit overpriced, like anything new, and "gaming", but if you are looking for something premium, and new, this is a good choice.
Pros
Cons
Glides like a pro, two surfaces, rubber base, cable management, awsome packaging
A bit pricey...
