Pros: Limited lifetime warranty, reliable well known brand, Samsung PCB, Quad channel
Cons: Optimized for a platform that does not support Quad channel, 2T with no headroom, only tested on a 6700K
-1.5 stars: Nazi like binning with no headroom using Command Rate 2 on top of the fact its incapable of running at quad channel on its optimized/tested platform, Skylake.
-1/2 a star: Poor value considering you likely wont notice a difference from a cheaper 3000MHz dual channel kit.
I only pushed the voltages on these as far as 1.4v and the fastest I could get them were:
16-17-17-37-1T 3446*. This had the lowest latency at 1.4v
I did a lot more benches but decided the top 3 were the most telling of its performance which is thanks to Intel and not Samsung by the way.
The 2nd of the above 3 results were not stable at 1.4v however it is theoretically achievable if you want to push the voltages higher, in fact these are known to reach 3733 as shown below.
The main reason I included the 3 benches is due to the poor performance scaling, the speed of this RAM is reaching the point where both timings and frequency need to be improved to see any real improvement in a benchmark.
To provide proof of my poor value statement here is a benchmark of my previous kit which although rated lower is not much worse when comparing it to the other XMP profile bench results:

~-4% perfomance for only ~88% of the frequency.
So to wrap it up these are a reliable kit from a trusted vendor using the 2nd best PCBs currently available for DDR4(the best being Trident Zs known to reach over 4Ghz), offering a limited lifetime warranty, excellent tech support which I did use yet G.Skill have gone to extraordinary lengths to bin these on the dime. Having said all that though your only other option for this performance bracket is the pay-for-the-packaging Dominator Platinums for those that are after something flashy for their clear case. Hynix also make very fast DDR4 but at a much higher voltage.
Below speeds are all using Corsair Vengeance at VCore 1.4v
