Pros: Size, look, PCI slot, Z77 chipset, BIOS
This board has performed extremely well and is very easy to use.
Unlike the Asus boards, such as my Sabertooth Z77 that come forcefully bundled with rubbish software, the Gigabyte one is simple and straight to the point.
Your board, you're in control of it.
The software bundled with it is great and accessible to all, although I haven't spent much time with the software, simply as I haven't needed it.
One MAJOR advantage of this board is the fact that it has a single OLD PCI slot on the board. This makes it great if you aren't willing to buy a new soundcard for example. I had the Xonar D1 soundcard, and was finally able to use it on this board due to its PCI slot.
All-in-all, I love this board, and will re-think about my Sabertooth Z77 I bought, and might switch to a Gigabyte one for my PC. The GA-Z77M-D3H is a solid performer and I thoroughly recommend it.
