Very nice, just wish it felt more solid
Pros: Very nice shape and sits nicely in my hand, excellent features, low price. It also has a nice matt black shell
Cons: It is very light weight, a bit too "plasticky" for my liking especially the side buttons.
I bought this mouse as I was looking for a budget gaming mouse.
All the reviews I read pointed to this being a very nice mouse and I can say it really is. The scroll wheel has a click each time your scroll up or down, unlike the Microsoft Blutrack mice and the matt finish on the mouse helps aid with grip during long sessions of use.
The DPI and colour changing buttons are both well placed and do not interfere with the mouse operation unless you deliberately press them. Also the back and forward buttons for the internet browser / windows explorer are nicely placed and within easy reach when you need them but out of the way at all other times.
Overall this is a comfortable mouse and well speced for the price. However it does feel light, and while this isn't a problem in itself it does make the mouse feel somewhat cheap. The extra buttons (back, forward, dpi, colour changing "ghost" button)all have a very plastic click to them. The left and right mouse click is slightly softer than my previous mouse but still have a good feel to them. The mouse wheel is solid and I cant fault that.
I wish the mouse had a heavier and more premium feel to it. But I guess you get what you pay for and for a budget mouse, it is brilliant. Tracks very nicely, the wire is long, and there are a number of extra features you can use, that some mice double the price might be lacking.
Keep in mind that while you can change the colour of the mouse light, they do pulsate (or breathe) and you cannot make the pulsing stop. But you can turn off the light if you want to.
