Gigabyte HD 5450
Pros: Cheap, Runs cool, Quiet, Small, Has DVI and HDMI, Only 20W
Cons: Slow in gaming
Introduction: The Gigabyte HD 5450 is a seriously budget card. But to be honest, it's a case of you get what you pay for. Review: This card is great for Blue ray movies, and the odd game of Minecraft, but other than that it still is the lowest end card made my AMD. It won't really do anything other than what's listed above. It's still good for old games however. I run Furmark with Xtreme Burn-in, and it only got to 50C on auto-fan settings. That is very cool for a card with such a small heatsink, and while stressing it made almost no noise either. Because the fan is so small, even when you set it to 100% it still makes very little noise. And if you were gaming you wouldn't even hear...
