Pros: Aesthetically pleasing, Very Spacious, Well Padded for protection
Dimensions (cm) : 26(L) x 26(W) x 11(H)
If you look at the dimensions, you do not realise that it has an impressive size. Do not get me wrong, it is still smaller than the briefcase style cases but I was surprised. The case comes in a very interesting black finish with a hand strap. I like it a lot because it fits in my backpack easily. I will not be using the strap as I believe my backpack is better suited.
When you open the case you notice a soft material on the inside. This seems to be designed with the sole purpose of not scratching your expensive headphones. The case is well designed and very spacious. I found it very easy to fit my Denon D2000. These headphones are quite large due their cups and I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they fit. The bottom side of the case contains a very interesting material with some cup holes. This material can be easily removed if you need more space. In my case, I did not remove it as my cans fit perfectly and I would like to take advantage of the extra protection. At the moment, I have in the case my Denon D2000, the needed cables, and my FiiO E11. They seem to be well protected and if you touch the case on top and bottom, you will notice again an extra level of protection.
Would I recommend this product? Most definitely. For the price you pay you get a lot. I rate it 5/5 and if you are in a similar situation like me, with very huge headphones and in need for something different than military cases, look no further. The Hippocase L does the job and the people behind it, JABEN, are simply exemplary.
