HIS HD 6950 1GB IceQ
Pros: Power, Quiet, Cool running, Efficient, Lots of display connections
Cons: Coil whine
Introduction:
The HD 6950 is an very good graphic card. It has alot of power while maintaining a good price. It overclocks well and is very stable.
Review:
This card is 26cm long, 14.2cm wide and 4.2cm thick. It will fit in most cases and the power cables go into the side. It takes two 6pin plugs, and can use up to about 200w.
It stays very cool while gaming, even on those hot days. It is very quiet and doesn't make much noise at 50% fan speed.
Ambient: 20c
Idle: 30c
Load on Metro 2033: 60c
Here are some updated benchmarks:

Metro 2033 1920x1080 Very High AAA/4xAF - Average 77FPS
Bad Company 2 1920x1080 Highest settings - Average 84FPS
Dirt 3 1920x1080 Highest settings - Average 78FPS
Modern Warfare 3 Highest Settings - Average 100FPS

Conclusion:
This is a great card, and is very powerful while remaining both cool and quiet. However the coil whine is tiresome.
