Good secondary monitor

review by sean webster

I have two of these, one for me and one for my father. They have been great as secondary monitors to watch movies on and view the web. They look sleek and are nice and thin.

One thing though is setting up the colors and brightness properly, it is a pain tot do so. I have it close on mine, but my other monitors do much better in color representation for photoediting.

ProsCons
Cheap, good pictureHard time setting colors and brightness

Good secondary monitor

review by sean webster
In monitor reviews, one might want to touch on subjects something like this: Specs, physical appearance and functions, (Color accuracy if you have the gear to test it), black level and brightness (test them if you have the gear, comment on them if not), how well dynamic contrast works if it's present, panel uniformity, ghosting and input lag, OSD functions, viewing angles comparisons to other displays you know a ton about / own, and finally some last words.

These are important in monitor reviews to get an accurate picture of what the thing looks like. Saying stuff like "Good picture" and ending it with "my other monitors do much better in color representation for photoediting" is somewhat confusing to the reader.

Just some friendly advice for the future.

Great for a casual gamer monitor. Nothing stands out as incredibly flawed or insanely awesome, this monitor is just MEH I guess. It is cheap and does what it is meant to do.
