Pros: Best thermal interface available to consumers
Cons: Difficult installation
I recently requested to review a new package from the makers of Indigo Xtreme and they immediately offered me a new product to review. While Indigo Xtreme used to only come in larger packages with multiple mounts, the new package only comes with a single mount and some simple instructions.

Instructions:
The instructions are mostly straightforward, you simply remove and clean the heatsink or water block from the CPU, remove the protective backing from the application, stick it on, peel the top protective piece off, and reapply the heatsink/water block. When turning the computer on, make sure all fans and water pumps are off and run a stressing program such as Prime95 and a monitoring program such as SpeedFan. You let the temperature rise, dip, rise again, and stabilize (as shown in directions) and once that's done, the application is a success.
Personally, I used the AM3/FM1 socket version of the Indigo Xtreme Single Package. Once I had it applied successfully, temperatures dropped by ~5C when compared to Prolimatech PK-1, a very welcome temperature difference.
Overall, the only thing I would change is for Enerdyne to include the cleaning kit once again with the single package as they have in the past. Apart from that, I had no issues or concerns.
