Solid Performance

Pros: Extremely reliable - no problems yet - 24/7 operation

Cons: Little Expensive compared to AMD counterpart

I've had this processor installed on a Sabertooth X58 - Socket 1366 - Chipset X58 - ATX motherboard since 12/08/2011. Added watercooling set Antec H2O-620 120 mm . Also added Vengeance Performance 3 x 4 GΒ DDR3-1600 - PC3-12800 - CL9 (CMZ12GX3M3A1600C9) RAM Kit finally wrapped this up with Cooler Master Storm Enforcer Case and there you are ! No need to overclock just yet but all systems are ready to go.

Its a very solid chip that I've been able to OC up to 4.5GHz. I have never had any overheating problems when I was OC'ed to 4GHz on my Dark Knight.

Pros: Hyperthreading, 3.2GHz, Easily OC'ed

Cons: Needs a good cooler and Locked Multi

I've had this processor for just a little under 3 years and I've got to say for only being a quad core the 960 can handle almost anything you throw at it. It doesn't really run to hot considering its 45nm and it can overclock to a good speed. If the multi was unlocked this chip could definitely hit 5GHz just like any other hexa core processor.
