Pros: None

Cons: It doesn't cool your CPU AT ALL!!!!

My recommandation?
1)get it out of its box.
2) Open the window
3) Throw it away
4) Buy a REAL cooler

then why did I give it one star? Because it kept my CPU cool for 2 years at stock speed...

Why do the cpu manufacturer waste their money handing it out. They should just make it like 5-10$ cheaper for buying CPU w/o the fan.

Because it can handle the CPU temps for 1-2 years if you only have that thing as a heatsink. It's obviously NOT as bad as you all claim.

It's not that bad, kept 3.4ghz on my i5-760 with no problems.

Not saying it's bad, just saying that they obviously added a couple bucks to cover for the cost of the fan. Why not offer a model that dose not have the fan included. Not everyone wants scrap metal, lets be honest ,no one will buy a stock fan.

I'm saying it kept it 'cool for 2 years,... but you don't wanna see my temps at stock speed at 100% load... Wait I'll make a screenshot of P95 and coretemp with this cooler. You'll see wat I mean

It's actually enough for someone running the CPU at normal clockrates. And there are a lot of processors selling WITHOUT the cooler. It's called BOX edition and doesn't have a cooler included.
