Pros: Reliable fast and you get a bit more space

Cons: Expensive, old. sata II

I own the 80GB version and I must say I'm quite happy with it especially with the amount of space you get. Granted that SSD's are much more faster than HD, however one thing it does have in comparison to it's competitors is the amount of space it provides.

That actual space you get is 74.4gb, I have installed windows 7 with Crysis 2 (DX11 and texture pack) and Battlefield Bad Company 2) with all my programs that I use (MS Office 2010, iTunes etc) and I still over 25gb of free space left.

In comparison to the Crucial C300 64gb, it's slower in terms of read and write times because of the sata limitations, however the performance difference is not really noticeable in my honest opinion, but as I mentioned the one thing it does have is extra space.

Also talking about reliability, this SSD is very reliable, I've not had a single problem with and I've been using it for the past few month's. Overall it's a fantastic SSD that does perform very well and if you're coming from an HDD to this you will certainly be able to tell the difference like with any SSD!!

Here is an AS-SSD Benchmark of my drive:

Pretty good for a sata II drive huh?? tongue.gif
