Kingston SSDNow V100 128GB
Pros: Cheap, do the job for daily use
Cons: Not the fastest SSD out there
Good SATA 2 SSD if you are looking for a cheap and good for daily use SSD. You wont beat any bench with this SSD, but it will greatly improve your overall performance if you are migrating from a mechanical drive.

Sequential read : 128GB - 250MB/sec. read
Sequential write : 128GB - 230MB/sec write
This is what I get after 4 months of use, 53% of disk full, disk is also used for the OS:

Sequential Read : 257.193 MB/s
Sequential Write : 94.432 MB/s
Random Read 512KB : 186.561 MB/s
Random Write 512KB : 83.565 MB/s
Random Read 4KB (QD=1) : 12.844 MB/s [ 3135.7 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=1) : 19.416 MB/s [ 4740.3 IOPS]
Random Read 4KB (QD=32) : 13.470 MB/s [ 3288.6 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=32) : 20.098 MB/s [ 4906.8 IOPS]
