Pros: Compatibility, feel and look.
Many people might like the wired aspect as there is no input lag and such but when playing certain game genre's, the input lag is very unnoticeable. Some game genre's I use this gamepad heavily for are racing games/simulations. Personally though you may like something different, though this is great in any genre by my use.
The triggers are excellent, they can be used a triggers or buttons which is nice for some games not having to go all the way down for an actuation.
I'd say out of 10, I'd give this an 9/10
Wired is a big thing for me, not knowing about the F710, the wireless brother to this really made me not this.
However if being wired doesn't matter to you (I have OCD so wires annoy the crap out of me), then get this controller.
I see no reason not to get this over any other as this has extensive support for every game.
