Cons: they aren't a GREAT solution when you really need studio monitors
I actually bought the 5 point surround system with the subwoofer. I use it coupled with my m-audio firewire 410 and I love the speakers. I use them all the time for movies and music, and even to work on music recording but they are NOT ideal for that. They work great as a simple, cheap option for surround sound on your computer. The subwoofer is an absolute must. I like m-audio products in general. They have excellent customer support.
