Noctua quality at a price , not silent in pull on metal mesh grille

Pros: Comes with sleeved LNA, PWM splitter, extension cable ; can be mounted on 280 radiators

Cons: It's very brown (love it or hate it I'd prefer black for the top of my case) , REALLY expensive MSRP , Availability is poor

A $24 at most retailers I'd go for a $13-16 Thermalright TY-147 which looks better and is about as quiet (but comes with no accessories, vibration mounts on the corners, silicone screws, or Noctua warranty). However, Noctua fans do not possess any PWM clicking. Considering that a sleeved PWM splitter goes for about $4 and a pack of 12 rubber fan screws is about $3+shipping I took the chance since I found them on sale for a very competitive price. They're dead silent at 900RPM. When put on the top mount of a Corsair Carbide 300R (even if using the silicone vibration mount fan screws) will cause a odd noise at above ~1100RPM.
