Great, if it comes in tact...
Pros: Looks great, plenty of space, all around nice case.
Cons: NZXT doesn't care about you after the sale.
I was an "early adopter" of this case. I had it pretty much before the reviewers even got around to reviewing it. By the way, I bought it straight from NZXT if anyone wonders.

The summary:
If your case arrives in perfect condition, you will love it. It has plenty of room for all the hardware you might wanna fit in it. There is plenty of space for hard drives, DVD drives, and cables. The window reveals all of your hardware, and the design of the window makes it not as boring as a rectangle window.
However, if your case arrives broken in any way, expect it to stay that way.
I planned on building 1, maybe even 2 more systems in these cases... But not if I can't get help when I need it.

I ordered this case way back on like May 12th. Not only did they take for ever to charge me for it, but they also took for ever to package and ship it. It finally got shipped out on May 17th. It arrived in like 3 days, which makes no sense considering I bought 5-8 day shipping, but what ever... So, after un-packing the case, I took a nice look at it (as everyone would). And something was wrong. It's a small thing, but it still bugs me for being a $200 case. The IO panel cover on mine doesn't close flush with the front of the case. No big deal... Manufacturing error. Should be easy to get the cover replaced... Right?
HAHAHA! I submitted a ticket to NZXT. Got no reply... Then, I got the "we didn't hear back from you in 48 hours" thing... So I submitted another ticket. Same deal. And when this happened AGAIN on the 3rd ticket, I was done.
I finally got fed up and emailed the actual human support team on May 23rd, and got a response the same day... He was very willing to help, and said that they were out of the front panels. They would get more on June 20th (almost a month!!), and put me on the top of the list. Although I would have to wait almost a month to get the panel, I guess that's okay, considering it's out of stock and they can't do much about it... So things are looking up, right?
Nope. I still to this day (July7th!!) have not received the panel, or even an email saying the panel was shipped.
