Pros: Easy to use, Celcius and Fahrenheit, easy to control, very touch sensitive, accurate touches
Cons: screen on/off takes a while, does not power high amp fans well (light wise)
I've been using this fan controller on my CM HAF 932 Advanced and it has never gotten to the point where i become frustrated when using it. i highly recommend it for people for their first builds as the temperature probes are very accurate and it is a great way to learn about your case temperatures and air flow.

Certain fans would make a grumbling/electrical noise which tbh was very bad when you where running your fans low as the grumbling could be heard clearly over the sound of your fans, i could hear this noise clearly over a DS12SM on full whack.
NZXT acknowledged this and made a revision and also had a fan compatibility list on their forum, just tried to find the link for the exact thread but their forum appears to be offline right this moment, i do know for a fact that a good amount of the Yate Loons where a no no on this controller, this is how i discovered the noise issue.
Some of the most frequent coolermaster fans where also incompatable.
Apart from that issue its a decent controller, good quality and i like the way you can set your fans individually to increase/decrease at certain temps, only other moan i could have was the range of temps the sensors can start the fans at, not low enough and i dont see what difference it would have made to have had control of a full range of temps.
When i can be arsed im gona pull mine and RMA it.
