Very compatible, excellent timings. Love it.

These were given to my by a very close friend. He had previously used these dimms in his Core i5 2500k build. He switched to some G-Skill 1600mhz RAM (2x8GB) for $69.99 on a newegg shell shocker and these sat around collecting literal dust for a few months in the box. He gave them to me to use in good ol' Blue and I haven't had any memory issues yet. Very great with my AM3+ board and I'll keep these if I upgrade to an FX series CPU. They're perfect. My board accepts up to 16GB of RAM via 2 8GB dimms but I'm keeping 8GB for a long time.

Get it on amazon while it's cheapity cheap cheap. Especially if you want to turn your old Phenom rigs into a gaming rig for your little bro or sis or mom+pop.

ProsCons
Fits in a board with only 2 DIMM slots. Stays relatively cool. Incredible timings. Decent quantity of memory for my needs. Doesn't break the bank. Doesn't cook bacon for me nor does it do taxes. (though if i push it enough i could cook bacon :3)
