Phobya Xtreme 200mm Radiator

Description:
An absolute high-end radiator with an exceptional price-performance-ratio. This new Phobya radiator offers not only excellent design and quality of manufacturing, it also provides excellent cooling performance.
The new Phobya radiators of the Xtreme series belong to the absolute high-end heat exchangers. The copper fins are optimized for super-silent fans. The low flow resistance is achieved using parallel coolant channels. This radiator is optimal for slow-spinning fans with a diameter of 180mm and more.

The special feature of this radiator are the two removable fan adaptors. These face plates have multiple M3 threads which make the radiator compatible with many different fans and hence cases. The Phobya Xtreme 200 radiator may also be used without a fan, the cooling performance is sufficient for small systems. The passive performance can be improved by completely removing the fan adapter plates for maximum cooling surface.

The radiator has 4 G1/4" threads integrated to allow use of all common fittings. The included black nickel screw caps can be used to seal the two unused threads.

Phobya Xtreme 200mm Radiator

Hands down the best radiator I have owned. You can feel the build quality in your hands. Has side ports, and top ports for optimal configurations. I personally am using the side ports, but am going to turn one of the top ports into a drain(already mounted upsidedown). Even has an air bleeder screw in it, which shouldnt be a problem if you have a decent reservoir.

I didnt find any good 200mm fans to use, so I made a "shroud" to mount 2x120mm PWM fans to it, and couldnt be happier.

450

"If you can fit it, you should put it in your case"

ProsCons
Large radiator space, copper fins, multiple ports, high qualityKinda odd 200mm, but thats why I got it

You can also use 4 x 92mm fans with it. Kinda like the Phobya XTREME QUAD 480 radiator setup but of course you would have to make your own shroud but all you need a 3 1/2 hole saw to cut the holes. There are a ton of good fans out there in 92mm I was lucky enough to pick up some scythe gentle typhoon fans in 92mm before they stop making them.. One of my best buys!

review by pinzac55

I first started on my custom WC loop in January 2013 with a top mounted 360 rad in my HAF X case, but I wanted to eventually cool my GTX 690 GPU as well, so after seeing the Phobya Xtreme 200 in the HAF cases thread I decided to order one. I knew from the thread that only the V1 version would fit in the HAF X where the HDD cage was, so having seen it advertised on a UK site I went ahead and paid for it. Imagine my surprise when I received the V2 version and it was incomplete and already opened! Eventually I found one on Kustompcs and the guy actually took it out of the box, photographed it and emailed the photo, so I paid up. NOTE* Kustompcs are now selling the V2 version.
I had to modify it slightly by using the supplied blank plastic plugs and filing them down to a flush fit then assembling it in situ where the HDD cage had been, using 2 x Coolermaster Megaflow 200's and 2 x Phobya 200mm Plexi fan shrouds - the result looks great and cooling performance is amazing - GPU is down from 80 degrees under full load to 45 degrees.
I just wish I had enough space in my case for the 400 rad!
This is the V1 Version http://www.overclock.net/products/phobya-xtreme-200mm-radiator
This is the V2 Version http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_8888.html note the different shaped outlet end - the rad is about 7mm taller in this form
Also see this thread. http://www.overclock.net/t/1034195/phobya-xtreme-200-radiator
I would give this 5 stars but for some reason I am limited to 4.5?
New front 200mm radiator assembly consisting of a Phobya Xtreme 200 (original version) sandwiched between 2 X Phobya Plexi Shrouds and 2 X Coolermaster Megaflow 200 fans.

ProsCons
Cooling performance, configurability, looksSize, 2 different versions but not advertised as such
