Pros: High Thermal Conductivity,Low Thermal Resistance,Long-Term Stability,Non-Corrosive,No "burn-in" time required

Cons: It has higher viscosity than PK-2,so it spreads a bit less than PK-2

A long test was done using this thermal compund but finally the results are here!Ambient temperature is 29~30 C

How does this compares against other TIMs?
To be honest,I was expecting more...

Thanks for the test. I use pk-1 currently. Want to try out some Pk-2/3 in the future.
