I bought this open box on Newegg, so I cannot complain for the price. This is my first Mech keyboard, has cherry blues in it. Great feeling, really loud though. May be a turn off for some. I really enjoy typing on it though. Feels great, and my WPM went up. FPS and MMO gaming feels a little snappier too. Things I dont like-the Macro keys, and the keys in general, are too close together. I hit the CAPS lock key many times when trying to hit A. This is just a gripe, but the USB and the audio jacks on the board are on the right hand side of the keyboard.... most people are right handed.... bad. The glossy look is nice, but gets prints on it. If you are looking for a flashy quality mechanical keyboard with programmable keys you cannot go wrong with this. The blue's sound fantastic, it really making typing more enjoyable, and for some reason just makes you feel like a boss when you play games, specifically starcraft II. I've been using mine over 2 years now and I haven't had a single issues. Read my Cons for my only complaint. I'm going to buy a Black Widow TE now since I actually move my rig to LAN's occasionally, and I think the extra desk space would be nice, as well as the macro keys being gone. I've hesitated a lot when I've order this keyboard. looking from the bad review i was afraid of getting a defective product. but i didn't, lucky. First impression i loved that keyboard, great feel, great response awesome looking. and the cables are really premium quality. I have owned this keyboard for about 6 months now so I think that it is about the right time to review it. This was a total impulse buy for me, I had been using my same Logitech Keyboard for 2 years and was getting sick of the feel and look of it. After doing some research I decided on a Blackwidow. I love the matte finish, one of the biggest turn offs for me about the other Razer keyboards with the glossy finish they use, the keys also feel much better with the matte rather than the gloss finish. I got the Razer Black Widow Ultimate Keyboard this past Christmas. It has helped me in multiple ways. To start the Cherry Blue switches are amazing! It has improved my typing speed and the mechanical keys take almost no force to press down. The LEDs make it look good and you can see the keys in the dark. The keys won't blind you because they are adjustable so you can see them in sunlight too. The media controls allow you to do a variety of things. I thought they just worked in Windows Media Center but I have used them in other sites too.
