RAZER RZ01-00650100-R3M1 Black Wired / Wireless Star Wars: The Old Republic Gaming Mouse

Pros: Wired or Wireless with a charging station, great adjustability, comfortable, like the heavier weight and feel when compared to Razer Naga

Cons: Scroll wheel doesn't have side to side button function. Synapse will not recognize it on system boot up at times though Rare. Unplug and plug in again

I simply love this mouse. I own 3 of them in fact. The feel in hand is excellent. The balance and weight make it easy to make accurate movements. Side buttons take some time to get used to using but add a lot of functionality in many game types, not just MMO's. Having the ability to be wireless is great for portability. Battery life is good. the Charging base not only looks great but functions perfect. A slight magnetic pull holds the mouse in place for charging or just to keep it out of the way when not in use.

Synapse software works great. The bugs you may have heard about are gone. You're able to change the color of the scroll wheel. The swappable backplate gives off a gold hue. The macro functions are perfect. You are able to even set them up ingame if needed. Plus the cloud ability is excellent. One profile to dominate them all. It doesn't matter what computer you're on, if it has Synapse and this Razer SWTOR Mouse, you can login and use your profile.

I knocked down a half start due to the mouse not having the side button functions on the scroll wheel. I have a Razer Naga 2014 Edition which does have it. At times the mouse isn't recognized by Synapse of the PC on system startup. This really isn't a problem as all you have to do is disconnect it from the USB and plug it in again. Since the wired connection is at the mouse itself, you won't have to reach behind your rig to do this. It is rare that this happens though.

For the way it feels in the hand, how precise its movements are, the weight, wireless/wired option and how well Synapse works with this mouse I'm giving it 4 1/2 stars.

Pros: good looks, wired and wireless, every color you can think of it has it.

Cons: gets dirty easy, back plate moves, Software is slow sometimes

The Razer SWTOR gaming mouse is one of the best gaming mice i have ever used. it is just like the Razer Naga but this mouse feels different and has a better layout of the switches on the side of the mouse what are easier to use. I would of never got this mouse in the world because i don't really like star wars (don't hate) but i won this mouse off athenelive so it was free and i am glad i got this mouse. the one thing i was worried about was the buttons on the side and how hard it was going to be to get use to them and the mouse even came with some rubber pads to get use to the side buttons. but it turns out i didn't have to use them or any thing else it was that easy i just got it out the box and in 5 hours i could use them fine. I will say now i am not a mmo player at all the only mmo i play is defiance but this mouse works so well out of mmo games like Battlefield because you have got to use the numbers or scroll to change weapon but with the side buttons you don't have to move your fingers at all you let your thumb do all the work. this works so well with other games as well as Battlefield but the mouse also has its floors as well. an example of this the the Razer software if you are in wireless mode the muse does not always change when you change things on the setting like the color and the dpi of the mouse (witch is up to 5600 but who needs that) and some times the mouse will not connect on the wireless mode. This is probable just for me but the mouse's braided cable came undone a bit where it connects to the mouse but this is just the cable and i can probable get a new one online. if you are looking at this mouse i would get it if i was you.
