IMHO greatest pad available

review by dinovom

Well, the pros and cons already tell everything, so this will be just an add. story.

I've always searched for a pad fulfilling the above criteria and before the hybrid pads made their way i/you had to settle with soft pads (flexible, comfort and silent - but not the fastest, depending on sensor may not precise enough and due to it's liability you had to replace them ever 1-2 years) or hard pads (fast, precise, washable incl. high durability but loud, not rly comfort and not flexible). The first improvement was the Roccat Sota. It fulfilled most criteria except the flexibility and high durability - well it is flexible the first few months but then the integrated metal foil will deform irreversible. Now with the Hiro i am as happy as i can be - it's perfect for me.
