Great headset
Pros: Comfortable, clear mic, proper 5.1 surround sound
Cons: Needs some tweaking to make them sound better, clamps larger heads, kinda heavy
I bought these to replace my dead Arctic P321s, and I'll sum these up in a phrase: "mind = blown". They have a beautiful clear sound (but they do need tweaking for the best sound). I found that I got the best quality by jacking the sub volume all the way up, and having centre, front and rear volumes at about 1/2 on the inline remote. PROTIP: When setting these up, make sure that these aren't set to have full-range speakers in Windows, it will kill the bass and make everything sound flat. These have a nice low impedance, but I would recommend an add-in sound card. When I added a Creative SB VX 5.1, it made these sound even better than before with onboard audio. The mic is really clear too. I had friends on Steam, Skype and TeamSpeak comment positively on my mic's clarity.
PS: If you have a large head, these may cause some annoyance/pain from their clamping force, but that goes away pretty quickly. My advice would be to find something that's around the width of your head, and put these around them for a few days, it should lessen their clamping force. I have a small head, so the clamping didn't annoy me
