I bought this card to play BF3 since my old 4850 couldn't handle it. This card plays the game at auto settings (1280x1024) at a smooth average of 50-60 fps, which is what I was looking after. It gets up to 70ºC (fan @ 50%) in Furmark, which I consider great considering it does not sport a fancy aftermarket heatsink. I'll keep this card until I can either get a good card for €200 after AMD and nVidia releases their whole 7000/600 product line up. Once thing worth mentioning is that this card only has one six pin PCIe power plug, and the PCB was not clean, there were stains of... something. I've seen the same in my 4850s.

I bought my Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1 GB right after my Radeon HD 5770 stopped working. I used to play a lot of games but lately not so much, although I did test this card with some of the newer game titles such as Metro 2033, Crysis 2 and Witcher 2, and I was overall impressed with this card. Although some games struggled at ultra specs this card still stood its ground and I was solidly impressed. For a casual gamer this card is really good enough. Its stock speeds are slightly overclocked at 820 MHz for the core and 1100 MHz for its GDDR5 memory. I typically overclock mine to at least 940 / 1145 for every day use, since I play TF2 every now and then. Although I hardly see a point in...
