This was the only fan that would fit in the space I had in my case between a radiator and a waterblock/pump housing.
Given that I had no alternatives, i was truly please with the sound (or absence of it) along with a reasonable movement of air. This will not blow documents away, but it will add airflow to your case in a tight place where it is likely needed.
If you have a tight fit where 25mm is a joke, this fan will get in there and get to moving air. It is also a great solution for moving air within many smaller cases.
