THERMALRIGHT True Spirit 120i CPU cooler for mITX motherboards

Posted

Pros: Doesn't obstruct PCI-E slot, ease of installation, build quality, compact, very affordable, cooling performance (for its size), quiet or even silent

Cons: No backplate, not suitable for the heaviest overclocking

Even at minimum speed, 600RPM, the fan emits slight clicking that's audible withing one meter. Otherwise its sound signature is quite smooth with no rattling or unnecessary sounds until around 700-800RPM when you start hearing the movement of air trough the heatsink. No comment on higher speeds since that's the highest speed I've used to keep my 3570K cooled.
